Also my experience as a General manager gives me the responsibility for overseeing the overall operations of an organization or a specific department. My various expertise includes strategic planning, setting goals, managing budgets and resources, recruiting and training staff, and ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently. Also collaborating with different teams and stakeholders to achieve organizational objectives and meet customer expectations. Also good at making important decisions, managing risks, and addressing any issues or challenges that arise.
