- Audit equipment preparation, testing and the work of contractors to ensure compliance with standards, industry regulation and company policy.
- Prepares and reviews equipment audit reports to assist in making selection decisions that prioritize cost effectiveness.
- Manages the logistics for well services operations to ensure safety, cost, reliability and quality standards are maintained.

- Responsible for preparing Statement of Requirements (SoRs) and operational programs for well services. This includes regular review/updating of existing standard operating instructions for routine ops and development of specific program for more complex operations as required.
