Ensure smooth transition of records including but not limited to As built documents from the Implementation team to IHS Fiber Operations and maintenance team for smooth and effective management.

Spearhead multiple network records and survivability projects.

On call 24/7

Direct interface with the customer on all technical related issues regarding fiber operations. Tracking customer critical concerns and following up to ensure all concerns from the customer are addressed.

interface between the Logical Back office and Field teams for critical failures impacting traffic and affecting customer satisfaction.

Performance evaluation and analysis periodically to enable management
make improvement plans as applicable.

Preparation of performance evaluation reports and presenting same to
customer on a weekly basis for MTN SVMS fiber project during fiber governance meetings

Track all MTN Last mile/enterprise customer related fiber failures and remotely offer technical support to the field teams where customer SLA is exceeded.

Ensure the right updates are conveyed to the incident managers from the field teams.

Periodical Training of field teams, on fiber maintenance operations.

Single point of contact for Infranet to the Operators for all link failures on Infranet Maintained fiber Optic cable routes nationwide.

Coordinating all Infranet maintenance teams nationwide for effective delivery of preventive and corrective maintenance activities for all Infranet Fiber Optic cable routes.
Collating preventive and corrective patrol reports from teams daily and weekly and ensure such reports are sent to the clients as required.

Creating reporting templates and preparing reports for clients for fiber Optic maintenance activities as required

Assist in Survey and Design of new fiber optic cable infrastructure routes either for implementation, prior to commencement of projects or for as built documentation, on completion of projects.

Assist in planning and preparing budgets for new projects as required.

Assist in preparing reports for project management consultancy for Banks as and when required from Infranet LTD.

Interface effectively with all clients for Infranet Limited as required.
