My Landlord

I am currently not working, and I spend my time caring for an elderly couple who are my landlords. My caregiving duties take place from Monday to Thursday and on Saturday, from 9:30 AM to 3:00 PM. I mainly focus on the wife, who is bedridden at 90 years old, while her husband is 88. Each day, I administer her medication, ensuring to inform her about each one beforehand, as she tends to forget even the day. I will always beside her due to her high anxiety, providing massages when needed, helping with meals, and ensuring she stays hydrated. I help with changing her diaper and adjusting the sliding sheet as needed and help her to burp after medication or meals to ease her discomfort. Every Thursday, I clean their house, including vacuuming, mopping, and cleaning the bathrooms and kitchen. Occasionally, I use a special machine to clean the carpet upstairs. I also prepare meals for her husband when he is sick. Furthermore, I help with laundry and take care of the lawn when the grass gets too long. I do all of this without receiving any payment, as I want to support them while I am not working and while my husband is at work.
