- Gather and process weekly bank deposits, and maintain all supporting records of deposit.
- Audit Bank deposits, mail out refund checks
- Prepare month end financial reports.
- Evaluate and complete move out dispositions, post housing deposits and manual check deposits
- Provide administrative support to accounting department by performing various clerical task, such as filing, mail handling, making bank deposits, and keeping track of transactions, handling invoices, track expenses for specific projects, and bookkeeping
