Promotion of small scale enterprises
· Ensure grain production as a means of basic food for both consumption and income generation purposes at household level.

. Provides the specific consultancy service to the traders on small scale enterprises in order to enhance profitability effectiveness of their business
· Collects data to facilitate the research studies on the local and readily available resources in order to encourage and advice producers on the establishment of small scale enterprises
· Interprets guidelines and training manuals on the success establishment development and management of the small scale enterprises to ensure that they are commonly understood
