I am the Founder of Esther Mentorship International, a global development initiative dedicated to uplifting youth—particularly marginalized women and girls—from underprivileged communities. Through this platform, I mentor, coach, and create transformative programs that promote education, leadership, gender equality, and economic empowerment.
In addition to my medical training, I serve as an Ambassador for Pathways to Education Canada, where I advocate for youth from low-income families and support initiatives that bridge gaps in education and opportunity. My career in the voluntary and non-profit sector has sharpened my abilities in organizational governance, program and policy development, fundraising, and cross-sector partnership building.
With extensive experience in creative leadership, I specialize in enabling process optimization and sustainable organizational growth. I’m adept at defining critical success factors, mobilizing multidisciplinary teams, and leading with empathy to achieve strategic outcomes for diverse stakeholders.
My work is driven by a deep commitment to social justice, gender equity, and community-based solutions. I have a proven ability to connect with individuals from all walks of life, forging strong relationships across cultures, sectors, and geographies.
