Like so many in the oil and gas as well as other industries, mergers and acquisitions become part of our history. In my summary of jobs, there was only one time when I actually moved from one company to another and that was due to the product line being discontinued from one company and moved to another one. I moved with the product line. The rest of the jobs indicated were all name/company changes.
In June 2021, the Parker Hannifin Filtration offices in Canada were closed. The vast majority of staff, including me, were laid off with a 3 month working notice clause.
I have enjoyed my time off, however; I know it is time for me to get back to work.
I look forward to hearing from you in the near future.
