- Process any and all payments
- Answer phone and inquiries about co-op
- Arrange for checks to be signed
- Files necessary reports to government bodies as required
- Ensures coop legal requirements are fulfilled
- Maintains financial files
- Purchase office supplies
- Directs member concerns to the board of directors
- Prepare reports for board and committees when requested
- Performs other duties when assigned
- Transmits documents to accountant
- Work with auditor for year end
- Prepares and maintains payroll records
- Files appropriate reports to Revenue Canada
