Baking, Reading, outdoors

Baking is a passion of mine, I love how it makes other people happy. I have taken up a foundation culinary class, I learned a lot in that class.  Though I might not call myself a professional, I am confident in my baking.  Reading takes me on an adventure, I visit places through the author's eyes and words.  I love how reading brings knowledge and open-mindedness. The outdoors keeps me active and my body fairly fit.  I might not enjoy going to the gym but things like hiking, and being outside bring me a lot of pleasure and calmness.
