• Manage full-cycle recruiting process for all hiring across multiple pipelines, ensuring a seamless, uniform and incredibly positive candidate experience

• Effective management of job requisitions within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS - Workable)
• Working closely with account managers and directors by presenting candidates, maintaining candidate pipeline, managing interviews and references, and assisting in executing a successful placement.
• End-to-end tech recruiting planning and execution, to include active sourcing, providing detailed candidate assessment for hiring managers, coordinating remote interviews, negotiating and closing offers, with the highest emphasis on candidate experience.
• Effectively manage candidates to ensure engagement throughout the whole process and deliver a positive candidate experience.
• Management all scheduling and coordination of candidates, interviewers and candidate reviews.
• Conducting the onboarding process and training on integration for new comers.
