As a Leasing Consultant, I am responsible for conducting all job duties in accordance with Fair Housing Laws and company policy, and supporting the overall objective of meeting the expectations of the client, based on the respective financial operating budget and management agreement. In my role it was my duty to greet the prospective and current residents, anticipate or understand their needs, and make sure I do everything in my power so that they leave happy and stay that way as well.
