The Crew Commander – The job is performed in field and garrison environments in an Army Land element. The primary responsibility is to crew command an Armoured Fighting Vehicle (AFV) in all conditions. The main tasks are: plan and supervise the preparation of an AFV, complete and follow the sequence of Battle Procedure, issue crew briefs, crew command AFV movement, perform position occupation sequences, perform Crew Commander’s appreciation, engage targets with primary and secondary armaments of an AFV, perform duty of a junior C/S.
