I’m noemi I’m 26 years old and I’m Chilean.I have experienced cleaning in private homes and taking care of children. Thanks to this I have developed skills that have prepared me for my professional future. Currently my English is basic but my motivation is to work to improve the lenguage, meet new people, Lear and continue developing my skills. I know that language is important and also know that the job will help me to develop it faster. I am currently in Calgary with availability to relocate. I have an open work permit until April 2025.

  • I developed professional activities for 5 years in a public hospital where I worked in emergency and pediatric service
  • Here I was able to develop skills and forge my character as a professional, I was in charge of patients where I had to provide care towards them
  • Performing change of sheets in beds, giving medications, vital signs control and bathing
  • Here I learned to work as a team, strengthening my weaknesses to have a more equitable work was fundamental to carry out the shift that lasted 12 hours
  • I also had to make important decisions and attend vital emergencies
  • Here I learned the importance of the unity of the staff to perform the tasks, communication, respect and value your colleagues
  • A job well done goes hand in hand with good communication
  • I learned how to act in a vital emergency such as CPR
  • I also learned to work individually since some of the activities were done alone

Cleaning in private homes

  • During the summer of those years I worked cleaning private homes of friends and families
  • I had to wash clothes, hang them up and put them in their closets, clean the house in general including furniture floors, bathrooms and bedrooms, make cribs and beds, vacuum the house and leave everything clean
  • That same summer, when I didn't have houses to clean, I took care of children part-time
  • It was my responsibility to take care of them, feed them, play, tidy up, go to the park and do chores with them.
