  • Implemented a centralized repository in Oracle for the storage and manipulation of data provided by Alberta Health and Wellness to the project for the analysis and determinations of outcomes for the four cohorts in adult cardiac care for various programs and coordinated the efforts of internal data analysts an external consultants in the access, analysis and interpretation.
  • Developed the Patient Navigation application used to streamline patients in the continuum of care and to improve access to planned care for patients with Acute Coronary syndromes, heart failures and those requiring cardiac device implementations.
  • Provided technical support for the implementation of the LifeNet Alert system which EMS professionals use to transmit ECGs taken on mobile units to the cardiologists and other clinicians ahead of arrival in order to improve the wait time for the patient.
  • Developed and implemented a website for the project to share information with the public, along with a secure area for members to share documents and collaborate.
  • Implemented Microsoft SharePoint Server 2007 to facilitate the sharing of documents and collaborate on content in a secure environment.
  • Provided technical support and design solutions for the Pediatric Cardiology program at the University of Alberta.
