Noah Willing

• Approx. 7,000 hours of volunteer shift service.
• Complete a structural and wildland firefighting taskbook with a one year probationary period.
• Assess and treat patients BLS and assist in ALS
• Drive and operate type 1, 3, and 5 engines.
• Thorough inspection of all apparatus’ mechanics, electronics, pumps, and tools.

EMS Division

• Oversee all EMT’s and EMR’s certifications, training, and CQI under supervision of EMS Captain.
• Inspect inventory of all BLS and ALS equipment. Order and manage new equipment and expiration dates.
• Ensure all personnel are properly certified and trained to make contact with patients.
• Lead EMS orientation for new hires.
• Attend county protocol update meetings.
• Work closely with the Cosumnes CSD Fire Department EMS division and logistics department.

Logistics & PPE

• Keep track of, log, and stock all station and apparatus supplies. Maintaining weekly PAR list.
• Organize and digitally log all personnel PPE, including inspection and replacing out of service PPE.

Wilton Firefighters Association

• Elected Vice President of the WFA
• Facilitate association meetings
• Organize community events and public education

• Respond code 3 to medical emergencies
• Assess and treat patients at a BLS level and assist in ALS interventions
• Documentation of patient care reports
• Yolo county

• Transport patients from hospital to hospital, to home, or to medical appointments.
• Assess patients and monitor vitals.
• Work with paramedics and nurses for ALS and CCT transports.
