Dynamic leader with strong teamwork and organizational skills. Experienced in mentoring peers and coordinating successful events. Committed to fostering collaboration and adaptability within teams.
Throughout my freshman and sophomore years at Etiwanda High School, I volunteered with several student organizations, including ASB, Key Club, and the California Scholarship Federation. These experiences helped me develop strong leadership, communication, teamwork, and organizational skills while collaborating with students, staff, and community members. Through planning events, managing responsibilities, and working toward common goals, I learned the importance of accountability, time management, and problem-solving. These skills have prepared me to perform effectively in a professional work environment by allowing me to work well with others, adapt to new challenges, communicate clearly, and contribute positively to a team.
As a Senate Executive in ASB during my sophomore year at Etiwanda High School, I served as a mentor and leader for the freshman ASB class. I assisted freshmen in understanding high school leadership programs, developing leadership skills, and contributing effectively to campus activities. I worked closely with students to help plan, organize, and improve freshman rallies, ensuring events were engaging, well-coordinated, and successful. In addition to mentoring younger students, I led my own council and collaborated with fellow executives to set goals, solve challenges, and support school initiatives. This experience strengthened my leadership, communication, teamwork, and organizational abilities while teaching me how to motivate others, manage responsibilities, and work effectively in a professional team environment.
