A leadership role within the receiving department, primarily responsible for overseeing the process of incoming merchandise, ensuring accuracy, timely processing, and adherence to company standards, while also leading and coaching a team of receiving associates, acting as an advocate for customer satisfaction and upholding high quality merchandise standards within the store

Primarily responsible for leading a moving team on a daily basis, managing client interactions, ensuring the safe operation of the moving truck, making logistical decisions on the job site, and upholding the company's customer service standards while completing moving tasks efficiently; act as the on-site leader for each move, educating clients on pricing and services, and ensuring a positive customer experience

Responsible for receiving and unloading incoming merchandise from delivery trucks, unpacking, and properly storing the merchandise in the stockroom, all while maintaining accurate inventory records and adhering to company policies and procedures; they may also assist with customer service inquiries related to stock availability and product location
