- Asses each job site to determine the pump method that will be most productive.

- Ensure a smooth pour by communicating with contractors and batch plant.

- Complete welding on cracks/broken components

- Replace mantles and wear plates in the cone and jaw crushers.

- Operate wheel loaders and excavators safely and efficiently in an open pit mining environment.

- Load dump trucks with desired material

- Complete preventative maintenance to reduce wear and limit break downs.

- Safely haul logs from cut blocks to sawmill

- Ensure proper axle weights as required by law

- Preform daily pre trip and post trip inspections

- Grease and complete oil, fuel, and air filter changes

- Load and secure a variety of different equipment including skidders, processors, bunchers, dozers and log loaders.

- Ensure weight is properly distributed over axles

- Safely and accurately transport equipment do desired location.

- Achieve monthly sales targets consistently by implementing effective sales strategies and maintaining a high level of product knowledge
