I'm ready to work and ambitious to do so with WFS. I will adapt to different circumstances and find ways to meet the requirements of the company as well as needs of the costumers. My experience with traveling helps me understand what costumers want from someone in the ticket counter/gate area.
My experience serving costumers shows I know how to handle costumers professionally, helpfully, all while being with a team and within company guidelines and safety regulations.
I have learned more about the necessity of punctuality and how to work well as a part of a team that is striving to produce a final product. I have added experience with technology and having a sharp attention to detail.
I learned the basics of working to serve costumers and how to talk them through problems and then offer them solutions that fit what the store could do for them, often within a certain time frame.
