Summary of Qualifications Relevant to Role Profile of Relevant Roles/Experience: With over 30 years of experience dedicated leadership for our Edmonton Zone, Continuing Care program areas, and across Acute/Community and specialty program designa ndimplementation work, I believe that my Senior Leadership experience would be an asset and a great fit for the Director, Shared Services position. With over 17 years of experience within AHS in various Program Management, Operations Management, Project and Change Management Senior Advisor roles, I believe that I could positively contribute to the upcoming operational transformation work our Continuing Care Edmonton Zone portfolio will be embracing over the next two years. My experience in both the private and public sector settings within healthcare has prepared me with the mindset, the skillset and the Senior Leadership vision to support organizational change and promoting efficiencies in System level and operational planning requirements. In my current role as Senior Advisor and Implementation Lead for Connect Care, I continue to maintain membership on a majority of key Senior Leadership level committees, meetings, and system level desig work. I have been a CCLIMB senior lead for our portfolio for all 6 previous Connect Care Launches and understand the foundational approach of Connect Care planning, leadership and implementation planning work. and asset in leveraging knowledge and relationships across programs to ensure timely workflow analysis, gaps in services, integration points and opportunities for improvement. I have spend the last 9 years providing senior leadership and advisory support to our Director, Program Services and supports, and have provided leadership in all key areas of Business Intelligence, Clinical Informatics, Education Models (with PSS and Home Care) and Reporting and Analytics work.
