- Lead Bells WTTP (Wireless to the premises) Program in 2021/2022 where equipment was deployed on cell sites in Rural areas in order to provide high speed internet for the communities that have been running on DSL or no internet in the past.
- Leading a cross-functional team (8-10 people) for delivery of projects through out the year, project types include but not limited to- Land Acquisition for New cell sites, Building brand new cell sites, Upgrading existing cell sites, Decommissioning of sites.
- Responsible for delivering a diverse build program which includes Towers/Roof-tops/In-building systems/Hydro Poles.
- Managing yearly deployment of temporary sites for special events (Music Festivals/Outdoor shows) for enhanced user experience.
- Getting team together to handle Master Tickets generated due to customer complaints to get the resolution in timely fashion.
- Maintaining Visual Boards to show project delivery/timelines along with highlighting gaps during team meetings leading to smooth flow of the projects with less to no surprises.
- Updating/Managing budget to track the quarterly spending and forecasting for the year.
- Approving/Processing/Monitoring Purchase orders submitted for various projects all year long.
- Collaborating with cross-functional primes for continuous improvement , running quarterly kaizen to further improve standardized processes , eliminate waste, reduce cycle times and improve unit costs.
- Excellent grasp on overall work flow under each functional team i.e RF, Real estate, Construction, Equipment engineering, Field Services and Connectivity teams.
