Data Migration:

Project involves migrating the data from Carma Credit (Legacy system) to cloud based nCino platform build on Salesforce platform. Focused on end-to-end requirements gathering, field-level mapping, data profiling, and defect resolution to ensure successful data migration. Successfully migrated around 22k Credit Applications from legacy to nCino platform.

Key Responsible Areas:

• Analyzed the Salesforce nCino platform to understand the Objects, fields and metadata.
• Collaborated with business stakeholders to gather and document field level mapping and transformation requirements to map the data from Carma credit to BBHUB.
• Conducted detailed data profiling on source systems to identify data quality issues, anomalies to ensure successful migration of data.
• Reviewed the Data Dictionary on regular basis to identify any newly added fields or modified fields and ensured proper documentation of requirements and impact analysis.
• Created and maintained the Source to Target Mapping Requirement documentation for data migration.
• Participated in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives to align development efforts with business goals.
• Authored clear and concise user stories with defined acceptance criteria to capture business requirements and ensure alignment with agile development practices.
• Investigated and analyzed the Root cause for all the STM rejects and load rejects after each Mock Runs. Coordinated with business stakeholders to determine the fix for the rejects identified.
• Participated in Business User Validation Testing after each Mock Runs and during the Go-Live.
• Facilitated the BUV process by coordinating user access, supporting validation activities, and ensuring defects were properly logged, tracked, and resolved.

• SLT Automation: Automation Project for implementing SLT (Service Level Target) for ETL jobs to reduce manual monitoring effort by 75%
• CPV Tool: Enhancements of ETL components in the existing Continuous Process Verification (CPV) system which stores the manufacturing process data
• The data will be pulled from multiple sources and stored in a common data warehouse
• Reengineering various ETL components and tuning queries based on the needs
• Cloud Migration project: An application enhancement project using Informatica PowerCenter as the preferred ETL tool and moved the solution to the cloud, thus saving the client partners $10 million annually

• The projects using a combination of Waterfall and Agile (SCRUM) methodology led to an increase of CSI by 64%, directly proportional to incremental revenue of 47%
• Involved in entire product life cycle (SDLC) from conceiving ideas into requirements, Data analysis/ design to managing delivery solutions, implementation and following up support on user feedbacks autonomously
