For the majority between 2012-2019 was responsible for everything including Food inventory/ordering/hiring/training/scheduling etc. Only at the Collingwood location and currently not the kitchen manager; I am only responsible for inventory and food ordering now.
Mostly just responsible for assuring smooth services and doing some training/food ordering.
Mostly did dishes with some prep work while keeping a clean atmosphere.
