Project - Aeroflux Breaking system

• Worked in collaboration with the company on a project involving the design, manufacturing, and assembly of a test rig for a contactless braking system. Employed PLM software such as Teamcenter for documentation, utilized NX design software for both 3D modeling and 2D drawings, employed a programmable logic controller (Siemens S1200) for testing methods, and used CMM for dimensional analysis.

Project- Drop test for Marine shock Isolation Seats

• Designed a drop test tower, oversaw the construction of test tower, and executed the assembly of its various components. Additionally, created an aesthetically pleasing appearance through painting and conducted comprehensive testing procedures.

Project - Installation of Once-through Hydrocracker Unit (OHCU) & Purified Terephthalic Acid (PTA) for IOCL, India

• Understanding customer specifications, providing welding input to designers, selecting and procuring welding consumables, preparing welding documents, assessing the need for PWHT, ensuring compliance with standards, developing NDT plans, leading innovation in welding techniques, promoting best engineering practices, engaging in workplace organization, tracking KPIs, collaborating with cross-functional teams, effective communication with vendors and internal teams, use of CAD software, quality assurance and check, preparing quality documents, leading team of welders

Project - Manufacturing of Rocket motor Casing, Geosynchronous Satellite Launch Vehicle (GSLV), ISRO
