I’m currently pursuing a post-graduate certification in project management and have a background in pharmacy. With my CAPM certification, I bring strong problem-solving, teamwork, and communication skills. I’m eager to apply my knowledge in healthcare and pharmaceutical projects to help improve processes, ensure smooth operations, and contribute to project success.
I am a part of a Team of 3 conducting an audit on PTAG’s closed Tiny Homes project to assess its compliance with PMBOK standards. In collaboration with the Project Manager (Sponsor) and PMO Lead (Co-Sponsor), we are reviewing the project’s processes. We use a checklist to compare the tools and techniques used in the project with PMBOK guidelines.
Data is collected through stakeholder interviews, mainly with the Project Manager and PMO Lead, and responses are documented to track the use of PMBOK tools and techniques. The compliance is analyzed by calculating the percentage of alignment with the standards. The findings will be compiled into an audit report, which will highlight any gaps and provide recommendations for improvements in future projects.
The final report will be submitted online, and the findings will be presented at the CAPSTONE Exhibition using a PowerPoint presentation.
