Worked as a Tailings Maintenance welder for Graham Heartland at Forthills welding multiple line classes from 16" up to 42" pipe rolling and in position with FCAW and SMAW processes. also worked on tailings shutdowns doing CCO overlay weld buildups, structural fabrication and repair on spill boxes pipping supports as well as operating welding LDV's

Worked By-hand as a B pressure Welder at Purnell Energy in Grande Prairie Welding small inch pipe and fittings with SMAW process for modular pre-fabbed Piping racks

Worked for High octane on the Tolko mill shut down. Fabbing small inch pipe for their thermal oil line. Worked out of AWPs in elevated areas and using fall arrest in the areas that couldn't be accessed with the AWPs. Worked with the cranes on a daily basis giving signals and flying pipe into position safely. Well accustomed to reading prints and taking field measurements.

Helped a welder doing beads and hotpass on poor boy dual line 10" and 16" for Pembina later on staying for tie ins.

Worked on Transmountain line 2 doing tie ins, steep slopes and bore sections and welding repairs. Wrote multiple confined space permits as well as confined space entries.

Worked in Fort Hills Tailings for Ledcor roll welding flanges and Victaulic fittings as well as Chromium carbide overlay on pipe wall lose from the tailings sand. Wrote multiple permits for confined space entry and conducted multiple confined space entries.
