  • Support the supply educator booking system for group childcare by calling and booking supply educators for unfilled shifts

  • Train and mentor new After-Hours Placement Coordinators by attending training sessions and identifying and following-up on processes that need to be updated, to ensure the filling of placements and supply shifts through smooth operations and effective communication amongst the team
