Reduce number of loan input errors per file with quality underwrites through training processes. Supervise a staff of 25 underwriters and mortgage loan process in the processing of Jumbo,FHA, FannieMae and FreddieMac. Analyze appraisals for acceptability to investor standards. Prepare various reports including month-end pipeline and activity reports for executive meetings and board reports. Create training material, PowerPoint presentations, and training material. Maintain open communication with and support other departments.
