Started as a trainee with zero knowledge of coffee, and minimal experience of customer service. Worked up to become the right hand of the owner and shift manager. Managing to learn exceptional customer service and deep knowledge of the product, while demonstrating being organized, reliable team player with leadership skills as well as years of experience running the establishment clean and up to highest standard. Showed expertise in customer service, problem solving as well as being fluent in range of coffee beans, strains and regions. And consistently receiving excellent feedback and praise from customers and owner.
I used to do Karate when I was younger and did for 8 consistent years, managing to achieve the brown belt, being the second highest belt there is.
I also had a role in a Russian play about an old Tsar and proceeded to do 8 actual shows as well as countless hours of practise.
