Client Relationship Management:
1. Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, understanding their needs and business challenges.
2. Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, providing excellent customer service.
3. Regularly meet with clients to review their financial status and present appropriate financial products and
services.
Portfolio Management:
1. Manage a portfolio of corporate clients, including risk assessment, credit analysis, and account maintenance.
2. Monitor client accounts to ensure compliance with banking policies, regulations, and credit limits.
3. Identify and address potential risks within the portfolio, proposing solutions where needed.
Business Development:
1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the portfolio and increase revenue.
2. Cross-sell corporate banking products such as loans, treasury services, trade finance, and cash management
services.
3. Collaborate with internal teams to structure deals that meet clients’ needs and maximize bank profitability .
Financial Analysis and Credit
Assessment:
1. Conduct financial analysis and credit assessments of clients, preparing credit memos and proposals.
2. Prepare credit monitoring arrangement (CMA), Credit arrangement memorendum (CAM) and present credit
applications to the credit committee for approval.
