-Management of LMS Courses, including but not limited to; updating course properties, creating course training content and enrolling users via enrollment keys and/or batch processing.
-Create computer-based training tutorial content for instructors, management staff & students.
-Managed report cards, administration office and attendance report of client.
-Consult on Instructional Design solutions to best meet the learning objectives.
-Offer web-based and phone technical support to
students, instructors and management staff.
-Work with end user support services (Help Desk) for roll-out, issue resolution and quality user experiences.
-Develop Training course content for instructors & faculty in the Moodle LMS.
-Instruct and train both in-person and web-based for instructors, corporate management staff and students, utilizing the following web technologies: WebEx, ooVoo and join.me.
-Monitoring of LMS system and training content effectiveness in satisfying user needs.
-Responsible for updating training material content to meet system and policy changes.
-Develop and maintain excellent customer service between customers and management.
-Continually improve training processes and material.
-Responsible for the effective implementation of approved curriculum and educational training of instructors and students.
-Create lesson plans using photoshop with the help of SME's
-Create online polls to get the feedback of audience to improve the content and management support.
-Work with campus administration to ensure compliance with academic, regulatory (i.e. OSHA, USDA) and professional accreditation.
-Recruit and maintain a program specific Occupational Advisory Committee in accordance with the OAC policy guidelines.
-Ensure incorporation of up-to-date curriculum and materials in classes by monitoring courses, competencies, textbooks, syllabi, addenda, and program specific policies.
- Create questionnaire based on textbooks on moodle.
