Accomplishments

Had the immense pleasure of being the Team Lead deploying the field hospital during the Fort McMurray fire and evacuation in 2016. I worked on the ground leading a team through setup of the mobile field hospital and supplies required to open the facility. I also supported the response once I returned home by maintaining the ambulance fleet deployed, field hospital supplies, movement of staff members and supply chain. We ran the field hospital until after repatriation. This was a career highlight, although a horrible experience, I saw Albertans come together like I had never seen before. I was honored to have been able to respond and support the efforts to save Fort Mac.
