The Role: Developing treatment plans through collaborating with clients to support growth and improve their mental health and overall well-being. Supporting children, youth, adults, and/or their families to overcome challenges in their lives through cultivating a safe, accepting, and supportive space. Conducting ongoing assessment practices and intakes with individuals or parents to gather information about the client and inform the treatment planning process. Building strong therapeutic relationships with clients and/or their families.
The Role: Improving the mental health and overall well-being of children, youth, adults, and/or their families by creating an inclusive, accessible, safe, and collaborative therapeutic space where all feel welcomed and supported to share their unique life story. Building therapeutic relationships with clients in a collaborative manner to support them with reaching goals established in the therapy process. Conducting intakes with individuals or parents to gather information about the client and inform the treatment planning process. Implementing interventions and assessments to continually support clients and engage in case conceptualization. Attending supervision meetings to discuss cases and aid in professional development and reflection.
