I believe that building relationships with students and parents is an invaluable step in providing the best experience possible for not only students, but for all stakeholders. I am a dedicated and student- focused educator who is committed to providing a safe and engaging learning environment for all students. My conviction is that this will provide not only the best learning environment possible but will also facilitate students achieving their potential. Lessons encouraging student curiosity and creativity are key in inspiring students to learn. The best and richest learning is done when students are engaged in what they’re doing and don’t see it as work. I feel that drawing on an individual’s own personal experiences, cultural and language diversities only add to a positive learning environment for all. I see my role as a teacher as facilitating, organizing and presenting the resources and assets available to me in a way that will provide the best individualized instruction to my students
