Expertise in leadership, assessment skills (comprehensive mental health assessments, suicide risk assessments), and individualizing approaches to care for each person whom I work with. Special interests in emergency psychiatric nursing, eating disorders (treatment, recovery, research, and advocacy), as well as diabetes case management, although I always find joy in every setting I work in!
