Became familiar with the products that Thamesville Home Hardware sells, from housewares to paint to automotive supplies, plumbing and electrical supplies etc. I learned the new POS system, Customer Service. Also required to keep shelves and floor clean. High priority to customer satisfaction.

• Cleaned building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing and vacuuming.
• Cleaned windows, glass partitions and mirrors using soapy water, surface cleaner, sponges and squeegees.

• I kept a daily log of each child, feeding, changes, bottles, etc. I also carried through the daily lesson plans that I had to create for my age appropriate children. All activities and lesson plans were all State of Ohio approved.
• I acquired my State of Ohio certificate in June of 2001, this certificate I earned through taking State of Ohio classes on my own, lesson planning infant through grade seven, behavioral issues from ADD to different handicaps.
• Required excellent communication skill with children and parents alike.

• In charge of making schedule for employees.

• Ran a after school latchkey program with another co-teacher, Nutritional breakfast and after school snack planning, assisted with homework and also done daily state approved lesson plans and also organized field trips in the summer months.
• I also had to have open communication with parents, teachers, bus drivers etc.
• Also filed and organized State paperwork. They closed their doors in 2003 due to funding issues.

• I assisted the head teacher with daily lesson plans, field trips, daily classroom activities.
• Took state courses in various State of Ohio licensing approved lesson planning and courses on children with behavioral issues. Communication and privacy for each child and family was very vital for this position.
