• Loading and unloading of Softeners, Reverse Osmosis, Ultraviolet filters, and Carbon filters to be installed
• Navigation to job sites
• Assist in installation of units set up (arrange units in correct order, run lines to multiple units if necessary, tie into water and drain lines in a uniform and neat fashion)
• Removal of customers old equipment
• Clean work area at completion of job

• Work with a crew to insulate and weatherproof commercial and industrial roofs
• Assist Foreman in managing duties of workers based on priority
• Assist in the training of new workers on site
• Account for and take inventory of materials on site daily
• Bring crew/materials to jobsite daily
• Load, strap and deliver equipment to jobsite (Bobcat, ATVs, Spreaders)
• Set up and operate conveyor
• Conduct regular maintenance checks on equipment, minimizing downtime due to malfunctions or repairs.
• Provide feedback to workers on job performance and safety procedures.

Complete a multitude of renovation tasks including but not limited to:

• Flooring (Hardwood and vinyl)

• Floor and stair refinishing,

• Baseboard, trim and doors

• Metal and flat roofs,

• Light framing,

• Light electrical work (fixtures, switches, plugs)

• Communicate with other trades/subcontractors when needed

• Accurately quote jobs based on time and material

• Pick up and deliver materials
