I am the proud owner/operator of Okanagan Dock and Dive and I have extensive experience in marine construction. I have an extremely experienced crew known for exceptional communication and knowledge. We excel in delivering high-quality results.
I started Okanagan Dock and Dive in 2017 after years of extensive experience working in Union 2404 as a Bridgeman, Pile Driver and Commercial Diver.
I bring my many years of knowledge to the Okanagan after working on large Marine Construction projects such as the Kelowna Bennett Bridge Project, Terminal Rebuilds and Improvements for BC Ferries, Marinas and numerous Commercial Diving jobs.
Since starting Okanagan Dock and Dive, in addition to a large number of private docks, I've had the opportunity to work on several large projects in the Okanagan. These include: rip-rap project for the Bennett Bridge, Public Docks for the District of Peachland, Improvements on both the Summerland Yacht Club as well as the Naramata Yacht Club. I've also had the pleasure of building Marinas such as the Secret Point Project.
From 2005 until I started my own company in 2017, I worked as a Foreman for Local 2404 Pile Drivers, Bridgeman and Divers Union.
I had the opportunity to work with great companies within this Union such as Vancouver Pile Driving & Hydra Marine Services.
I worked as a Foreman/Superintendent for projects such as: Kelowna Bennett Bridge, Terminal Rebuilds for BC Ferries, Sheerwater Marina, Ship Terminal rebuild in Mexico and large dredging remediation projects in Rock Bay & Esquimalt.
I also had the opportunity to work as a Commercial Diver within this time. These projects consisted of: Chevron LNG plant, Talisman Water Pipeline, Surrey Fraser Dock Improvement and interior lake work with BC Hydro as well as dredging out concrete caisson pump houses for the City of Kamloops Water Irrigation District.
