  • Conducted hiring via LinkedIn and Indeed for numerous positions including a General Manager, an Operations Manager, a Senior HR Manager, Customer Service Representatives and Marketing Interns
  • Created posts recognizing individual first aid instructors for their great work
  • Expanded the company by finding new facilities to operate out of, negotiating rental rates, hiring instructors for each location, and negotiating wages
  • Gave new instructors an hour-long orientation on company protocol and how to use the company's workforce app (Connecteam)
  • Created hours of training videos on all aspects of first aid to be used as part of new instructors' onboarding
  • Edited the videos with Microsoft Clipchamp
  • Checked over invoices submitted by first aid instructors on a bi-weekly basis looking for discrepancies
  • I called instructors regarding invoice issues. This required a high level of tact; I needed to ask them to revise their invoices according to company policy while maintaining positive relations with each instructor
  • Took the initiative to create a 'Special Agreements' document in order to keep track of the various invoicing agreements we had in place with our 90 first aid instructors. This stopped me from asking instructors to revise their invoices unnecessarily
  • Was responsible for checking weekly supply counts in order to ensure each of the company's 23 first aid facilities had ample supplies on hand at all times. I let my coworkers know what to order, where to send it to, etc.
  • Performed numerous scheduling tasks including calling First Aid instructors to ask them to cover shifts that needed instructors
  • Prepared employment contracts for new employees using DocuSign
  • Doubled the company's ratio of instructors signed on to employment contracts sent out by suggesting that instructors sign their contracts ASAP so that we could get them teaching first aid courses sooner
  • Updated KPIs in an Excel document
  • Performed various administrative tasks via the Connecteam app including form creation and communications with instructors
  • Created a Google Form and used it to obtain feedback from customers about the quality of our first aid courses
  • Used the platform ClickUp for extensive note taking regarding recruiting, facility rentals and supply restocking
  • Used the Bookeo scheduling platform to view our first aid course participants' information for quality assurance and operational purposes
  • Used ChatGPT prompts to increase efficiency and improve the quality of work outputs
  • Scheduled orientations on Google Calendar
  • Packed equipment for First Aid instructors
  • Was responsible for ensuring that everyone had everything they needed to teach their courses
  • Hired cleaners and plumbers with the TaskRabbit platform for the company's 23 locations
