• Labourer

1. Using various makes of plate tampers in order to achieve proper compaction during backfill operations.

2. Signalling/Spotting for heavy equipment near fixed structures.

Loader operator (930, 966)

1. Using loader equipped with grapples in order to fill feed hopper with materials to produce the necessary compost required for growing mushrooms.

2. Cleaning the work area with bucket attachment.

3. Stockpiling excess material for future use.

4. Ensuring daily pre-trip inspections were performed and proper preventative maintenance had been completed.

Labourer

1. Using hand tools such as grinder, axe, and knife in order to accomplish daily tasks.

2. Assisting in fuelling machinery and ensuring no spillage occurred during the process.

3. Spotting for heavy equipment while in close proximity to buildings, silos, etc.
