The program I was helping facilitate, is called Kids in the spotlight, which is a program run by the all stages education foundation.

During which I:

• Collaborated with other staff members to ensure successful program delivery.
• Adapted teaching methods based on individual participant needs or abilities.
• Created an engaging learning atmosphere through interactive activities.
• Delivered presentations during parent orientation meetings

• Demonstrated adaptability by embracing the unique challenges posed by working at the Union Club, significantly developing my skill set.
• The fine dining setting required me to polish my skills as a waiter
• Demonstrated strong communication skills and effective time management working in a big team during events with hundreds of guests
• Provided excellent customer service by anticipating guests' needs and responding promptly to requests.

Pho Vuong was my first experience as a server. It was frequently short staffed and a tough learning environment. During my time there I:

• Exhibited self-reliance in the front of house by multitasking and executing various responsibilities independently.
• Proactively sought out and completed additional tasks during slow periods to maximize productivity.
• learned what good service meant. From a boss with high standards for his staff and restaurant.
