- Coordinate with other volunteer tutors to ensure the content we teach aligns with the current course curriculum (i.e., discuss during weekly meetings).

- Adapt to student needs and alter the content being taught accordingly (i.e., apply more focus to areas of weakness while maintaining a pace that aligns with current teachings).

- Coordinate study sessions with students.

- Create slideshows that regard noticeable areas of weakness, and teach students through this material.

- Coordinate visitor parking (i.e., navigate visitors to available parking spots, ensure parking lot is clear of visitors on-foot).

- Ensure visitors leave the fair grounds safely (i.e., visitors under the influence must be supervised while exiting the grounds, cars may only leave when the fair gate is clear of on-foot visitors).

- Coordinate with other volunteer's to conduct an inspection of the park after the fair grounds have been closed (over night duty).

- Coordinate with other volunteer's to clean the fair grounds for the following day (i.e., fill garbage bags and place them in designated waste bins).

- Coordinate with other volunteer's to close the fair grounds for the day (i.e., ensure all lights and rides are off, ensure all visitors have left the grounds)
