  • PCR: Using a fixture, apply plastic with glue to the PCR chip, then place it in the laminate machine and inspect (no dot, fiber, or bubble). After inspection, glue tube into PCR chip (no leaks allowed). With glued tubing, test the PCR chip. Apply a passed PCR chip to the board using the fixture. Screw this board tightly between the two bars. Following that, connect this PCR to a computer and load Test Covid-19 or a sexual health program into the PCR.
  • DETECTION CHIP: Use a fixture to apply tape to the chip, inspect (no bubbles into the channel), and then apply the inspected chip to the board.
  • CHECK VALVE 1: Glue the tube into the ball, ensuring that both sides of the tubing are 2.4 inches long.
  • CHECK VALVE 2: Insert tube into ball, one side tubing is 1.6 inches long, the other side tubing is 2.4 inches long.
