Agnes Hay

I started in May 2023 as a Casual Leader. In January 2024 I signed my full time contract as an OSC Senior Leader. I've worked with my supervisor, Ann, for almost a year.

• Increased parental involvement in their child''s education by maintaining open communication channels and hosting parent-teacher conferences regularly.
• Fostered a love for learning in students by consistently introducing new and engaging topics for exploration.
• Provided one-on-one support for students with learning disabilities, enabling them to excel in their coursework.
• Greeted parents and children at arrival and departure times to make families feel welcomed into environment.
• Provided nurturing and stimulating educational environment for 5 infants and 12 pre-school kids.

I worked with three different families over 10 years, providing childcare for children from birth to 7 years old. I lived in with the families and learned basic Cantonese.
