●Greet and seat guests in a courteous and professional manner. Present menus and provide detailed information about our menu items.

● Operate espresso machines and other coffee equipment with precision and skill. Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages and specialty drinks, according to established recipes and standards.

● Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station, including pool area serving areas, and movie theater.

● Handle residents inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional manner.

● Supports the F&B program by keeping kitchen areas and storage areas clean and supporting inventory control.

● Complete daily opening and closing duties and cleaning according to established side-work checklist

● Prepared dining room for guest by cleaning and clothing tables , setting decorations, candles, napkins, service plates and utensils.

● Greet, seated guests and offer water and started-items.

● Removed debris from tables and cleared dishes between courses.
