  • As a CRM, I built up relations with the higher-level people at Infosys Bangalore, where the critical point of contact was the VP of Talent Acquisition.
  • Strategy: I was building up the team, and the process was running back of my mind. I set a target of hiring 4 Recruiter a month who is fluent in communication which was the primary need.
  • Training: As a DM, I designed a training program from Introduction to the 360° Recruitment cycle. The training was built in a phased manner that lasted for 15 days, and then they were ready to hit the floor. Besides this, monthly warm-up sessions were also set up to help Recruiters stay with the new trends.
  • Targets: As a DM, I was responsible for setting up targets for everyone, which started from Submissions to achieve a margin behind placing a candidate. These targets included monetary gains, which kept competition between the team members, and thus, overall numbers were improved.
  • Obstacles and Hurdles: Every task comes with a hurdle, and recruitment has many of them. I used to handle those obstacles coming from the team and helped them by giving practical solutions.
  • Negotiation: This is the most critical aspect of recruitment. It comes with experience; the new bees did not have that idea, so I used to sit with them on a call with the candidate and taught them the different ways of negotiation.
  • Mentored team in the recruiting activities and boarding Process.
  • Prepare and post jobs to appropriate job boards/Professional networking sites.
  • Source candidates using Job Portals, databases, social media (LinkedIn), etc.
  • Screen candidates’ resumes.
  • Conduct interviews using various qualifier questions /methods/Tech Assessments to filter candidates within schedule.
  • Working experience with Finance, Healthcare, telecommunication, Oil & gas domains.

I have been curious about food and different varieties, being away from home eventually made me a better cook and today I don't regret over my cooked dishes. I am very passionate about my dreams and my goals. For achieving them I am always ready to put in all my hardworkler and go that extra mile if needed. Meeting people, interacting with them and staying in touch with them is what I like and that helps me build my network. I am pretty kind towards my fitness and have always been towards sports such as Cricket, Badminton, cycling. Music is what connects ME with myself, I turn it on while on for a walk, travelling and my free time. Along with all of the above I am a photographer and like to snap in Nature around me as I am a Nature lover and a Traveler.
