• Create initial moodboards for Men’s internal use
• Strategize concepts for design based on trend and sales insights
• Organize GTM calendar timeline regarding design deliverables. Work closely with Senior Director of Design and PD Director.
• Execute construction design following technical direction
• Execute pattern/silhouette design following design direction
• Prepare tooling
• Construction/Sketch dispatch
• Prepare for construction and sketch review meetings
• Ownership of design capsules or collaborations

Manage Proto Pullover(S1/S2/F1/F2)

• Collaborate with Senior Director (schedule invite)
• Take note of design change
• Communicate/Follow up with sourcing partners to requested REVISED PROTO PULLOVER
• Upon REVISED PROTO PULLOVER arrival, schedule invite to review and proceed to SMS for handover
• Overview all archetypes
• Lead and ensure design coordinator respects CAD requirements for handover
• Set up proto wall/shelves (sketch and product) once a season in completed
• Attend bi=weekly recap meeting; lead follow up meeting with Merch. Consult with Senior Director for alignment

• Creating custom designs, logos, prints
• Monitoring embroidery machines
• Vinyl printing
• Screen printing
• DTG printing.
