• Effectively gather requirements from the client and provide the

best solution in terms of User Experience(UX) in JIRA.

• Create functional user stories into appropriate systems.

• Responsible for analyzing system requirement documents, creating test plans, creating test cases using C & I (Controls and Indications) sheet, review the test cases and upload in Share Point.
• Testing included Simulator Testing Environment (STE), Signal Application Testing System (SATS) and Field testing in the Lab.
• Testing included testing Precision Dispatch System (PDS) applications, monitoring the MCPCW (Monitor Control Point Communication Window for Control and Indication bits during testing.
• Testing included navigating to Precision Dispatch System (PDS) to perform testing, navigating to Territory Transfer, Open Track line, Managing Train Schedules, Managing Train Sheet Information, Managing Track Authorities, Managing Train Clearances, Track line and Operations, Train Status Summary, Creating Trains, Dispatcher Queries etc.
• Testing included capturing Control Point Images for Tracks, Signals, Defect creations in ADO, Defect evidence creations and Verifications.

Understanding of requirement from Solution notes prepared by Solution Architect.

• Management of code into TFS(Team Foundation Server)
• Responsible for small changes in Discovery Applications
• Unit testing on local server and dev server using IIS Server.
• Troubleshoot application issues escalated from end users via business.
• To provide resolution or escalate the incident to appropriate support team within the defined service level agreement (SLA) and follow up until the resolution is met.
