  • Firstly, the company makes furniture such as sofas and chairs for India's biggest MNC Godrej Interior Pvt ltd, Evoke, Urban Ladder, Furlenco
  • My job role is the following: Work on different projects individually
  • Made and Analyzed the cost of products
  • Design the furniture products (sofas + chairs) and create the programs for CNC router machine (for wooden section) Draw assembly guidelines for products with the help of software such as AutoCAD and Solid Works.

  • Job responsibilities included designing, Developing, and drawing product outlines
  • A system using Auto CAD, creating systems and components estimation of budget and scope of the project, evaluating the final product's overall performance, etc
  • Operate CNC and VMC machines (Fanuc control) with tool and fixture settings
  • Good knowledge of gcodes and modes also
  • Checked the quality of machine-finished and fabricated of products using quality tools such as Vernier caliper, micrometer, height gauge, etc
  • Made daily production reports of those machine-finished and fabricated goods
  • And also handled the manpower of all plant
